To confirm, the “snowflake corner.gcode” is a subset of the main file. I simply extracted that section of code. It does fail in the same exact way as the main file.
I suspect there is a FW bug as well. I was hoping by posting this code, someone may be able to identify exactly where it makes the mistake and maybe lead to a FW update. The fact it is repeatable through power cycles should help.
The really interesting thing as I learn more about ChiliPeppr is that in simulation mode, ChiliPeppr shows the CORRECT toolpath. At runtime, it shows the INCORRECT toolpath, likely because it is basing the webGL motion on actual reported coordinates from the tinyG. I am too new to these systems to say for sure, but my context clues so far lead me to believe that.
Also, I was hoping that by posting code on here it would be inside of a small shrunken text box. After posting, I tried to delete it and retain only the Dropbox link but the edit feature was different than I expected. I’ll be sure to only post links to files from now on and move them to my archive folder so the link will exist forever.
