All Synthetos product’s come with a manufacturing defect free and dead on arrival guarantee.  In the off chance that you have a board with a defect or the board is DOE then you have 30 days to contact us and submit your claim.  Due to the nature of our products we do not replace “blown” boards due to mis-wiring or customer errors.  Lastly, if you purchased your Synthetos product from a reseller you will need to go though them to replace your product.
