Hi.
I made a stupid mistake!
V- to V+
V+ to V-

I heard sparking noise so I turned the power supply down.
I realized something was wrong.

As a result, D13 seemed to burnt badly.
I had a hope that it would work correctly if I connect power in right way.

I tried it, red and blue LEDs lighted, but D13 caught fire and lighted.

I thought only a diode burnt. After D13 removed, there are three points to solder.

two points seems to be GND and connected each other, opposite side seems to be plus DC Voltage.

I have some diodes and might try one of them. but I don't get what three solder points mean.

Is there anyone who give me advice?

I got answer from Carl, and believe I have a solution now.

Ordered sot-23 in local market.

And I have to admit that the memo on the picture was wrong.

two lead side flows plus current. It's not GND.

Here is speculation of circuit.
