Warranty and returns

All Synthetos products come with a manufacturing defect-free and dead-on-arrival guarantee.

Warranty

In the unlikely event that you receive a board with a manufacturing defect or the board is dead on arrival, you have 30 days from receipt to contact us and submit a warranty claim.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not replace blown boards caused by miswiring or other customer errors.

If you purchased your Synthetos product from a reseller, please go through the reseller to replace your product.

Returns

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer and is not refundable. The full policy is on the web store.
