Query for Limit Switch State

Hello,
I would like to request the ability to query the state of any limit switch. I communicate directly with the TinyG for a custom robotic application and I'm currently only using Xmin, Ymin and Zmin. Having the ability to query the limit switches allows me to use the the other 5 inputs as general input ports. I would think this enhancement request is generic enough to benefit many. Thoughts?
