License Question

I have a question about which license your TinyG Hardware actually uses. You seam to have a few versions. Maybe you could clarify?

This seams to be your best overview of intended usage.

But when I'm look at this??

So these licenses seam to be in conflict, or at least when in comes to commercial usages.

Also at some point TinyG Hardware was licensed as.
