Sadly now I feel like I cried wolf. I tried it one more time about 1 hour ago after leaving the controller off all night long and for no obvious reason. Now it works like a charm.
I did review all the supported g code and I confirmed with fusion360 that everything is kosher last night.
Could it have been a problem with the controller storing something it shouldn’t have and then leaving it off so long finally cleared it?
I did reset it a few times yesterday and it had no effect.
The file I loaded was the same file.
I guess this will remain a mystery as it works 100% now so I can’t repeat the errors I was having yesterday.
None the less if it happens again I will be prepaired with the info you requested above.
I am using chilipeppr in windows10. and I’m using fusion360 CAM and tiny g post processor they have built in.
