The thing is alden, I do all my projects in microchip and have programmers etc. for that, and where i live the programmers are not easy to find. I would have to probably import the programmer from uk or the usa.

Thanx Alden, I tried flashing the Atmega, but was not able to.
Maybe because of a the cheap programmer that i bought.

Now the answer to your questions.
    – Z axis failed, But it was not connected to anything.
    – I am building a belt driven pick and place machine.
    – I am running the machine at 24V D.C. from a 14 amp. Smps( Meanwell), I have check the onboard power supply and i am getting the right voltages on the board. nothing from the pwersuplly section has blown.
    – I am using nema 23 for the X axis and nema 17 for the Y, Z, A Axis.

Its kind of weird that the motor driver IC blew, when there was nothing connected to it, Although the X and Y axis were connected at that time, Also, i am not able to understand why the ftdi chip started getting hot ??? These 2 components are not related at all.

Please let me know how can i get the replacement of the board ???

well, Thanx for the offer, but it would take 2-3 weeks to get a new board and i am in the finishing stages of my project. i have diagnosed the board and found that the
Motor driving ic (DRV8818PWP) had blown, also the FTDI IC was heating a lot ( FT230X5). I have replace those IC’s and now i am stuck in bootloader mode. i am going to reflash the Atmega today. And let you know the results.

I have had the same problem, my board just shorted out when i gave it power, the stepper motor driver dvr8188 blew up. and nothing was connected to it. now the ft230x chip is heating up. I have checked the power section on the board and every thing is normal there.
