A governor, judging for what I learned so far, is pretty much an ESC, if I understood it correctly. I never laid hands on such hardware, but it seems to be like a fan speed controller that is electronically manageable. Those are sold either individually or in kits <a=”http://www.aliexpress.com/item/DIY-engraving-machine-300W-air-cooled-spindle-motor-speed-controller-kit-MACH3-control-G-code-governor/752912892.html>like this one.
I am making a CNC, but have nothing to show right now. In a couple days, I will have TinyG’s enclosure ready, then I’ll have some pictures to show. The other parts are either on their way or not bought yet. That’s the case for the frame, as the local hardware store sells extruded aluminum but only in 6 meter pieces. I can’t bring this home before the right time, there’s some wife factor involved.
