I just got my new Tinyg board and Z doesn’t move.Turned power on to that motor in tinyg. Tried turning it to on all the time than on when told then to off. Adjusted the pot setting. When off it doesn’t do anything. When in the middle it sounds like it wants to move. When I turn it up all the way it really wants to move but doesn’t. Moved to another motor output and it works fine. If I put another motor on M4 they will not move either.

If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

    Im using TinyG with cnc.js

I am assuming this is a Zaxis that moves a spindle of sorts up and down.

double check you four leads, if only one of the two windings is energized, it will make noise (want to move) but won’t.
Can you manually spin the de energized motor and make the axis go smoothly up and down?

I got it to work. My old board is locked up from trying to update it. Can I send it to you and have it unlocked? If so where do I send it to?

    Thanks Eddie
