    I have measured the movement of the z axis by repeating G0 commands.

    Stepper Motor Z axis 2.9385 G0 Z-1 3.460 (Average of 5 moves) .5215

    Replaced Stepper Motor Z axis 2.9625 G0 Z-1 3.4730 (Average of 5 moves)

    Having consistency errors even after tuning. All motors the same. All lead screws and drives the same. No excess binding or friction in Z. Changes in $Z..= varying results. No consistent with 1 revolution.

    X 4.9635 G0 G0 X1 5.9765
    Y .8150 G0 Y1 1.8225

    I bought a new board but have not installed it. Wanted to check with you first.

    I don’t understand the syntax you have shown
    What should “2.9385 G0 Z-1 3.460” produce?

    What are your Z motor and Z axis parameters?
