I’m not sure who or where I should post this but, I’m having trouble with shipping on my order. It was shipped on Jun 26th with 2 day shipping but, the tracking number says “Electronic Notification” indicating USPS has not received the package yet (or it’s lost).
I emailed both emails I could find “customerservice@synthetos.com” and “synthetos@gmail.com” but have not received a response.
Your order has shipped. Every now and then there is an issue with tracking. USPS is grrrreat! I have seen this exact thing happen and then its delivered. It went out on Monday FYI.
So if its not there by Thursday let me know and we can call the USPS and see what is going on.
My order has not arrived yet (Saturday July 7th). Can you see where it made a wrong turn on Monday? The tracking info still says “Electronic Notification”
