    Background info – I am running WindowsXP-64bit and TinyG(hw ver 7)FW ver 0.96.

    I had been testing with tgFX version tgfx_windows-x64-build 2077.exe, which I believe was from Experimental, so decided to switch to the latest Dropbox 64 bit, which at the moment is tgfx_windows-x64 v.95 - build 2072.exe.
    I find that the installer runs to completion, but does not install the File= tgFX.exe. Is this a problem at my end or the installer?

    As an interesting aside, for now, I also ran the 32 bit installer in tgfx_windows-x32 v.95 - build 2072.exe installing in C:\Program Files (x86). This install does install the File = tgFX.exe. It does run on this 64 bit machine.

    Wait? The 32 bit build works on x64 windows?

    Sweet! I tried that before and it seemed like it did not.

    The first time I tried it did not, but build 2072 did.

    I am thinking that perhaps the first time the serial link was hung up due to prior aborts, etc.

    I just verified that build 2072 32bit from Dropbox also loads and runs under Win7-64bit as well,. So it runs on both WinXP_64bit and Win7_64bit.
