    I paid for the grbl shield on Apr 21, 2012 via PayPal( Transaction ID: 4SC50539W0396830Y).
    Does anyone know how much time will it take before the goods is sent out to a customer?
    I sent already an email to synthetos@gmail.com ( on May 4)asking them
    but no reply so far

    Jan,

    I checked the synthetos email account and did not receive anything from you on the 4th of May. Your product was shipped on the 26th of April. Once your package is on its way (internationally) its really in the hands of your customs. Australia is specifically bad having packages take 6 weeks to get there!

    We cannot tell you when to expect your package really. Historically it takes 2 – 6 weeks to get there.

    same issue here: I wrote to synthetos@gmail.com about an order but I have not been answered, perhaps the spam filter is murdering your inbox? 🙂

    My grbl shield arrived to my country already.Not received it yet, but I was told( by custom agent) it is here.But no replies to my emails though 🙁
