Guys , I need some help with trying to update my Fw , i have down loaded the app and i am able to connect to my tinyg . I have FW 438.02 and i was trying to upgrade to 440.14 . but ever time that i press go it just says verify failed and when i try to push the reset&go at the same time it just failed yet again . I have tried 3 different computers with no luck. i know that it is doing/talking to the tinyg because it has changed all my settings , think god that i saved them before trying this . i am not a computer programmer so going the hard way i do not think that is a option for me . i have taken screen shots of this but i can not add this to this post.
i have been using windows 7,8,and a vista computer trying to get this completed .
