Fried board? Will not power up

TinyG board was working great all week then decided to act spotty today (would lose power) and now won’t turn on at all – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PeosE_fLUWw

I am perplexed as I didn’t short anything out or even change wiring/hardware; was just experimenting with code in Chilipeppr. Any tips re: either fixing or confirming board is fried?

Hmmm, are you sure that the antistatic bag you have it sitting on is not conductive? The one I have sitting here on my desk is not, but they are not necessarily the same.

Can you measure any 12V and 3.3V?
