Tagged: motor connection, v7
I’ve got a V7 board and need fresh wiring for my steppers.
The board has four sets of header pins, and this seems to be a source for the board side: http://www.digikey.ca/product-detail/en/0026604040/WM4622-ND/197447
But digikey doesn’t have the female side to put on the cables.
I don’t see a spec for the parts in the wiki, it may be there with me just not finding it.
I need to order four connectors for my four motors.
This part looks close, but I can’t tell if its really right. http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/0009503041/WM2102-ND/26457
Confirmation of this as “good enough” would be greatly appreciated.
Here are the parts
You need four of these holders: http://www.mouser.com/Search/ProductDetail.aspx?R=09-50-3041virtualkey53810000virtualkey538-09-50-3041
and 16 of these pins/connectors: http://www.mouser.com/Search/ProductDetail.aspx?R=08-50-0134virtualkey53810000virtualkey538-08-50-0134
They are cheap, you can get all you want for under $5.
Thanks Pat. Sorry you had to find these on your own. They are now up on the wiki. I need to organize the HW section, but it’s a start. https://github.com/synthetos/TinyG/wiki/TinyG-Hardware-Information
