    You seem to be spending more time finding opportunities to denigrate our product than to actually solve your problems, as I have seen multiple posts from you to that effect but you have not actually provided the data we need to diagnose your issues.

    I paid you, not the other way around.

    I have an actual job, and don’t have unlimited time to be your unpaid beta tester. You surely can’t expect me to jump up and find the details you asked for, particularly since you commonly take days to answer my messages, if you answer them at all.

    If your product worked as advertised, I’d have no complaint. Why don’t you work on that, instead of feeling indignant.
