I’m trying to use the mechanical Endstops in Homing and Limit mode, but any time I tried the board just reset, the ones I’m using are the 3D printer type. Does someone know how to set up?

By appearances, those should work if appropriately attached. Use shielded twisted pair to connect to TinyG.
