I should have looked for this before building my case. Is there a way to connect an external button to the TinyG without ‘Soldering’ a set jumpers? Im not sure if one exists or I need to add it.

The wiki’s ‘TinyG-Start’ board image looks to have a spot for a jumper, but the V8 board I have does not have the jumpers.. I think.

The schematic shows two nodes in addition to the switch.

Likely just above the push-button, but you’ll ahve to solder in some pins

Thanks. I see the two Solder-points. I was about to ask ask If I need to use a NC or OC across the jumper, but taking a quick peek at the schematic answered that question. Now I just need to figure out if I need to add an additional pull up to 3.3v or if the existing 56Kr (R6) on the schematic should deal with it.

I would say R6 is all you need.
