I would like to send in my tinyG version 7 for a firmware update. I got mine circa May 2013 and it does not appear to remain in boot loader mode for more than 2 or 3 seconds whether after hard reset or after having sent a boot command. Consequently I am uncomfortable in attempting to do the update myself.
What is the process for sending the board to you?
