    Hello,

Is there a port of TinyG that will run on an xMega-A3BU Xplianed board?

I already have stepper drivers and need more than 2.5 amps each for a couple of my steppers, so the Synthetos TinyG board does not quite fit my needs, but I am intrigued by the possibilities of using TinyG (I have tried GRBL, but like the advanced acceleration profile that TingY supports). It seems like the above mentioned Xplained board could be a great platform for hosting TinyG (LCD for status display and extra flash memory for GCode storage) and could be a base for a stand-alone CNC machine as well as an advanced GRBL-like controller.

    Thank you.

    Jerry,

We have not ported TinyG to the Xplained board – or any other Xmega boards. We are about to release TinyG version 8 which has the step/dir/enable lines broken out. Also, we are porting to ARM which will open up a lot of other options.
