    Hi,
    I have with me a TinyG v8 controller board whose USB 2.0 port is not responding. I am not able to detect this board with any laptop since it has been purchased.
    This board has been purchased on 5/10/2017. I need some assistance with replacing or repairing the existing board

    What OS on your laptop?

    A very recent tinyGV8 likely has FW= 440.20 pre-loaded.
    What LEDs illuminate when you first power up (without USB connected) ?
    Any additional LED activity when USB inserted into laptop?
